After almost 2 weeks in Rome I'm begining to settle in here. I've begun discovering my favorite pastry shops and cafes and little nooks and piazzas throughout the city. Life here is always moving and racing if you happen to be in the streets. If you can duck out of that zooming scooter-ridden world a slower gentler pace of life awaits in a hidden courtyard or tiny family-run shop. There is little better than finding a quiet piazza early in the morning.
It's great to have so many wonderful peers here and I think we have an amazing summer to look forward to.
